To permanently close your epiwin account, contact support via live chat or email [email protected] with the subject line Account Closure Request. Withdraw any remaining PKR balance before requesting closure — funds remaining at closure will be processed to your last-used payment method. Account closure is typically completed within 24 hours of a verified request.
